Hydraulic Valve Lubrication Gun Model #101
Horizon Model #101 delivers up to 10,000 PSI. Used to pump "J" side sticks or Horizon Honey® through your valve.
Hands-free Hydraulic Valve Lubrication Gun
The Hands-free Model allows for hands-free application via foot pump, and pumps an entire "J" stick in only 88 strokes.
Air/Hydraulic Lubrication Gun
The Air/Hydraulic Lubrication Gun is self-priming, small capacity for simpler operation and easy connection

Lubricants

Horizon Gold
Horizon Gold is a superior lubricant formulated for standard valve maintenance, it contains 100% synthetic oils with a non-soap thickener. Horizon Gold is tacky and resistant to washout in petroleum-based services. It is a great product for non-sour services.
Horizon 100 White Ammonia
Horizon 100 White is a synthetic lubricant / packing that works great in Ammonia service. 100 White also works well for hard to hold applications such as glycols, solvents and strong acids.
Packing
Injectable or Manual Packing for prevention of emission leaks
Horizon Purple Pak
Horizon Purple Pak is an injectable packing designed for applications where a chemical resistant PTFE filled material is required. Purple Pak works well in butane, propane and natural gas services.
Horizon HGP6
HGP 6 is an injectable packing that contains a blend of 100% synthetic base oils as well as FTFE particles. Horizon HGP 6 is Grade A packing for Orbit® valves in general service applications.
Horizon HGP22
Horizon HGP 22 is an injectable packing comprised of graphite pellets that are designed for Orbit® valves in general service applications up to 600̊.

Horizon Super Seal
Horizon Super Seal is the ultimate sealant for damaged and internally worn valves. If Super Seal will not seal your valve; nothing will, short of a complete rebuild.
Formulated principally for; worn or pitted valves.
Horizon Yellow
Horizon Yellow is formulated with 100% synthetic base oil reinforced with additive package to provide superior sealing and lubricating properties. Horizon Yellow works great in plug valves providing a tight seal that will not wash out.
